If You Dont Care About Visuals

Through the past 5 years of Bespoke Studio, we sometimes run into a specific type of client. The type that wants to have a meeting for an hour, send countless emails afterwards, try to negotiate our rates and finally, ends up ghosting us. This type of client sees little or no value towards creatives and it´s painfully evident in their visuals.

If You Dont Care About Visuals

When a brand shows up with a DIY site and iphone taken images and has little to no strategy to back up their visuals and website - well it plainly shows and screams "I dont care but just buy my stuff". Not saying that there´s not room for that kind of approach when first starting out, but brands loose potential sales when they do not value their own visuals high enough. If the goal is to save money instead of investing into strategy, growth and online presence, then you eventually fall short. The problem with undervaluing a creatives work and believing you can DIY your visuals for the sake of saving money, leaves you with in a vicious cycle, not having enough money to pay for said creatives because your homemade business, is not generating the income it could.

Experienced, high-value creatives are more than executioners; We are strategic partners who offer market insights, data-driven recommendations, and problem solving skills.

If your visuals look low quality, that’s exactly how clients will perceive the quality of your product or service. Cheap, rushed, or DIY visuals send a powerful signal to the market that the product or service is also low-value. Customers make snap judgments; if a brand won't invest in its public face, they assume the brand is cutting corners elsewhere. Undervaluing creative work is not a cost-saving measure; it is a form of self-sabotage that limits a brand's potential for high conversion, high retention, and high valuation.

Your DIY visuals are perceived low value by your clients, then how would they perceive your brand as high value?
